Conference Cancellation Policy: All cancellations shall be received in writing. An acknowledgement of your cancellation will be sent within 48
business hours from Dogs of Course. Your cancellation is not valid without a confirmation of
receipt. CRIC is not responsible for cancellations that do not reach the office in time. Cancellations received
before June
15, 2008 will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received
on or after June
15, 2008 and no-shows will not receive a refund, however,
registration is transferable to another person for a $25.00 processing fee.
The person that cancels in responsible for
finding a replacement after the refund period
ends.
Three
day conference registrants that want to switch
to two or one day registration will be
considered a cancellation. The person will need
to re-register on or after 4/1/08 when two
and one day registration opens. If the conference
is full and registration is closed the person
may request to be put on a waitlist but does not have
priority over others on the list. Priority will
be given to waitlisted three day conference
participants.
This policy applies to participants/auditors that must withdraw for
ANY reason including but not limited to injury, illness, emergency and personal or work-related reasons.
Participants asked to leave the event/property
by CRIC or hotel management will not be refunded any part of the tuition. This policy is without exception.
